1) Is this service available to anyone?
Yes. For asset and bank searches, there must be a permissible purpose, such as judgment enforcement or collection / litigation matters.
2) How long will it take to receive my report?
Once you submit your order, your reports is normally completed in about 10 business days.
3) How do I receive my report?
Your report will be sent as a PDF document to the e-mail address you specified on the order form.
3) Is rush/priority service available?
Yes, our rush/priority delivery fees are as follows:
5 business days: Add 25% to the report base price.
2 business days: Add 50% to the report base price.
Rush/priority delivery is not available for Real Property, Vehicle Registration, or Driver Records reports.
4) Do you accept personal or business checks?
We no longer accept checks. To streamline the ordering process, only online payments are accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and signature bank debit cards. All customers will receive order and payment confirmations via email.
5) Do you offer phone consultations?

6) Do you accept orders by fax/phone/online?
