Accounts are confirmed by Social Security Number (SSN) or Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) as primary criteria, name as secondary criteria. If SSN or FEIN is not provided by client, please add $30.00 to the service fee. Location and approximate balance may be verified. We do not obtain or report account numbers due to Federal trust laws. "Any and all" accounts may be attached by name and SSN/FEIN.
Today, there are several different types of financial institutions where a debtor can hold accounts. These include large banks, local banks, credit unions, online banks, online investment brokerages and local investment firms. We offer four (4) levels of searches which will fit the needs of most clients however these can be modified to fit any particular situation or request.
note: "hit" fees are per bank or brokerage branch, not per account (multiple accounts at one branch count as one "hit"). To control costs regarding "hit" fees, limit orders are accepted. For example, you can request us to limit the search to the first "hit" or "up to three hits" or "no limit", etc. Bank accounts are considered hits on any open account regardless of balance. - State Bank report:
Includes the state's top 10 largest banks plus up to 10 of the local banks & credit unions
geographically closest to the subject's residence or business address.
fee: $150.00 plus $95.00 per bank "hit"

- Local Bank report:
Inthe event no accounts or non-substantial accounts are reported within the scope of the
State Bank Report or the Top 10 Bank Report, client may pursue a search of additional "local"
banks. Fee will depend on the number of banks in area. Large cities will have more local banks.
fee: $20.00 per bank checked plus per $95.00 per "hit". For large cities with mulitiple local
banks, we normally recommend this search be conducted in a group of the next 10 closest
local banks (or $200 plus discovery fee).
