Payment Policy:
Fees are due upon receipt of our Billing & Service Agreement which is faxed to client upon receipt of order. Payment may be made by personal or business check. For convenience, we also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS . Reports are released after signed agreement and payment have been received unless other arrangements are made. Once client establishes an ongoing relationship with PAL, billing terms may be arranged. Past due invoices are subject to a 5% monthly late charge.
Other Applicable Charges:
Regular turnaround time on most services is 10 to 15 business days . Rush/priority service is available for an added fee:
--- 5 day priority / rush charge is 25% of service fee or $50.00 minimum
--- 48 hour priority / rush charge is 50% of service fee or $100 minimum.
--- Fax charges: $.75 per page on invoices under $100.00; No fax charges on invoices of $100 or over.
Cancellation Policy :
Client may cancel an assignment within three (3) business days at no charge except rush assignments. After three (3) days, there is a $35.00 cancellation fee plus costs of any searches prior to cancellation.
