 We Get Results!
We are commited to getting results that are useful for our clients.  We are persistent, creative and experienced.  We do not limit ourselves to one or two basic database sources like many other investigators.  We use MULTIPLE high end databases and proprietary sources which may cost bit more but will provide more accurate and up to date information.

Our Mission

To provide relevant and up-to-date information, to meet the needs of our clients by ensuring that the information is obtained legally and presented promptly and professionally with the highest degree of reliability.

Our Promise
We are committed to providing superior service.  We promise to handle each assignment with maximum diligence by using the most dependable sources and by consistently taking the "extra steps" so often necessary for optimum results.

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999
The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 (GLB) prohibits the use of false pretenses also known as "pretexting".  When Congress wrote the GLB act, they did not make it illegal to obtain or sell a consumer's bank and asset information.  GLB only makes it illegal to use pretexting, misrepresentation or impersonation to gather a consumer's bank information.  There are many LEGAL ways to obtain asset and bank information without breaking the law.  PAL does not use pretexting to obtain financial records.  All information reported by PAL is legally obtained from public and private sources and in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

We are capable of handling assignments in any city, county or state.  After years of service and handling over 16,000 assignments, our mission and our promise remain the same.

Community Property Assets - California
For those in community property states such as California, community property assets are liable for a debt therefore a search of a spouse's assets should be considered when conducting an asset search of a person.

California Family Code Section 910 states that the community estate is liable for a debt incurred by either spouse before or during marriage regardless of which spouse has the management and control of the property and regardless of whether one or both spouses are parties to the debt or a a judgment for the debt.

CCP 695.020 states that community property is subject to enforcement  of a money judgment as provided in the Family Code and that any propery in the possession or under the control of the judgment debtor applies to community property in the possession or under the control of the spouse of the judgment debtor.

CCP 700.160(b) (2) states that a court order is not required to levy on a bank account of the judgment debtor's spouse.
